Role Overview:
The HR Systems and MI Specialist role supports the delivery of world-class HR services across three key focus areas: HR Systems, Data Stewardship, and Reporting and Analytics. This position is vital in providing advisory services and guidance to management and other stakeholders on system improvements and maintenance to ensure high-quality HR systems.
The role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all HR systems and delivering data-driven insights and analytics to support effective decision-making across the business. Reporting to the HR Systems and MI Team Lead, this role collaborates closely with other HR Operations teams, the broader HR function, and the business.
General responsibilities: • Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and designing HR systems to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborates with Information Systems teams and HR Operations Service Delivery teams to implement system updates and deliver process or requirement changes effectively. • Oversees HR operations tools from a functional perspective, ensuring they are fit for purpose and meet organizational needs. • Supports minor and major software and hardware upgrades while ensuring adherence to change management procedures. • Identifies, tests, and resolves escalated incidents from frontline support teams and plays a key role in managing major incidents and service outages. • Provides comprehensive reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements: • Strong Excel skills (Macro's, Power Query) • HRIS System knowledge (SuccessFactors) • Ability to validate data for accuracy • Experience with data cleansing, standardization, and de-duplication. • Understanding of HR Data Structures
