Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's therapeutic goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to promote health and functional independence.
Educate clients and their families about adaptive techniques and necessary skills.
Monitor and document clients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide recommendations for the use of assistive devices and modifications to the home or workplace.
Requirements
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatrics or geriatrics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Ability to develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual assessments.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant software.
Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry best practices.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £25.25
Location: Bath, Bath & N E Somerset
