Base: South East Staffordshire - base to be confirmed / opportunity for some hybrid working
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and proactive Administrator to join our Business Support Team based in Southeast Staffs. The Team supports our three multi-disciplinary Integrated Mental Health Teams across Southeast Staffordshire working closely and collaboratively with our Business Support Officers and clinical Neighbourhood Leads.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, admin and computer skills, in particular Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and a can do attitude are essential in this varied and flexible post. The role includes stock check and ordering, preparing rotas, updating Trust systems, administration for meetings, preparing documents, maintaining spreadsheets, extracting data, monitoring performance against Trust key performance indicators and administration of bespoke processes within the Team.
You will have the option to choose your main base (Lichfield, Tamworth or Burton), but please note there will be an expectation to work from each location from time to time. The Trust are adopting a blended working approach, and therefore in time there will be the option for some work from home time each week.
The successful candidate will be supported with settling into the team, training as required and developing into the role with regular managerial supervision and encouragement.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Neighbourhood in the retrieval of information in relation to key performance indicators.
2. Provide a full range of office support systems including copying, scanning, preparing rotas, producing documents/letters.
3. Collate and input data in a timely manner into both manual and electronic forms and systems.
4. To interpret simple spreadsheets, have a good eye for detail and be able to spot data errors.
5. Accurately maintain secure patient health and staff records/systems in line with policy and standard operating procedure, to ensure data quality, confidentiality and compliance with the current GDPR and Data Protection Law.
6. Prioritise own workload and meet deadlines in order to meet the requirements of the post.
