IT Technician – Leeds – £24,500K
An established client of ours in the Technology sector is looking for an IT Technician to join their internal IT department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide first and second line support with some experience in desktop support, network, and storage infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support, answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
* Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
* Office 365 administration.
* Log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation.
* Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
* Active Directory user and computer administration.
* Windows Server administration.
* Proven experience working within IT service delivery.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of TCP/IP and WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi.
* Install authorized software to laptops and desktops.
* Configure/maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals as instructed.
