* Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Finance Director
* Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and appointments.
* Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
* Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
* Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
* Organising and maintaining the office and assisting in ways that optimise procedures.
* Communicating effectively with internal departments and external clients.

* Proficiency in MS Office and English.
