Description: As a Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Regional Practice Management Director and your colleagues across the North West region. Your goal will be to provide effective administration and project management support while continually seeking ways to enhance processes and efficiency, promoting agile ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General administrative duties including the ongoing data maintenance of the firm’s practice management software.
2. Co-ordinating the administration of project/programme meetings.
3. Co-ordinating the administration, control, and filing of project documentation.
4. Produce, maintain, and update reports, KPIs, and other project documents (e.g. SOPs).
5. Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute documents to facilitate effective meetings.
6. Manage data related to projects, maintaining databases and spreadsheets to monitor project milestones and key performance indicators.
7. Identify project risks and issues, and effectively escalate them to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
8. Track tasks and projects with accuracy, ensuring deadlines are met and contributing to overall project efficiency.

Additional Requirements:
1. Proven experience in administration and project management in a fast-paced environment.
2. Confident communicator with personnel at all levels within the business, both written and verbal.
3. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
4. Excellent time management skills.
5. Confidently and appropriately handle confidential information.
6. Organised, proactive, reliable, and self-motivated.
7. Positive attitude towards process changes as well as IT.
8. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
