With exciting new opportunities on the horizon, we’re on the hunt for a Business Director to join our fast-paced, ambitious Growth team. In this senior role, you’ll take ownership of your client portfolio—building strong relationships with senior stakeholders (right up to C-suite and board level) and driving commercial growth across the board.
You’ll lead on designing and delivering effective digital strategies across paid media, organic search, and privacy-centric measurement—ensuring our work not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Working closely with Account Directors and their teams, you’ll be at the heart of performance, strategy, and innovation.
This is a chance to shape the future of our Everysearch framework, play a key role in evolving our agency offering, and help retain and grow client partnerships through exceptional delivery and insight. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Build Senior Client Partnerships – Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and go-to strategic partner across the wider business.
* Drive Client Retention & Growth – Collaborate with Client Experience and performance teams to help maintain 90%+ client retention, while identifying new service opportunities to drive portfolio growth and hit revenue targets.
* Own Client Strategy – Gain deep insight into each client’s business and commercial objectives, using the Everysearch framework to shape effective, forward-thinking digital strategies.
* Lead Contract Conversations – Take ownership of client contracts, leading conversations around renewals, scopes of work, negotiations, and ad hoc requests, ensuring alignment and value.
* Monitor & Improve Performance – Track client performance closely, understanding the narrative behind the numbers, and recommending changes when needed to drive improved results.
* Flag & Mitigate Risks – Identify potential threats to account health or agency services and work with the Director of Growth and performance teams to develop clear retention strategies.
* Champion Cross-Channel Collaboration – Ensure seamless collaboration across all teams and channels, aligning delivery with client goals and ensuring our services are fully integrated and high-impact.
* Be the Client’s Voice – Advocate internally for your clients, ensuring strategies, roadmaps, and scopes of work are aligned with their broader business goals and set them up for success.
* Lead Strategic Innovation – Work with Account Directors and performance teams to pitch fresh ideas, drive innovation, and deliver creative solutions that tackle both client and internal challenges.
* Own Reporting & Insight – Lead on monthly and quarterly client reporting, delivering clear, insightful narratives that showcase the impact of our work and provide genuine business value.
* Support New Business & Partnerships – Contribute to pitches, nurture key partner relationships, and bring fresh insights back to client teams. Represent the agency at industry events and conferences, flying the Found flag with confidence.
* Mentor & Elevate Your Team – Support the development of your team by encouraging knowledge-sharing, coaching creative thinking, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

HOW DOES THE TEAM WORK?
Sitting at the heart of the agency, the Business Director plays a pivotal role in bridging client experience, performance delivery, and growth strategy. Youll work closely with our Client Experience and Performance teams to ensure our work runs smoothly — hitting deadlines, scope deliverables are fulfilled, and exceeding expectations.
You’ll support the performance teams by removing roadblocks, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring our client work is profitable, efficient, and always of the highest quality.
This role also sees you working alongside the Director of Growth, helping to identify service whitespace and turn commercial opportunities into real-world wins. You’ll be just as comfortable guiding delivery teams as you are pitching fresh ideas and closing new contracts.

WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS?
* Informal screening process with our People Experience team. This is to go through your top line experience and ask any questions we might have from your application (15-20 minutes)
* 1st stage interview with the Director of Growth to go through your experience and skills to date in more depth as well as an opportunity to discuss how you like to work best. We’ll also give you the opportunity to ask us any questions you have about Found. (45-60 minutes)
* 2nd stage interview will involve a 30 min presentation, with at least a week turnaround time. You’ll then present this back to the Director of Growth, a Business Director and another member of our Leadership Team. We’ll look at your thought process, presentation and communication, and how you apply your knowledge and experience in a real work example. (60 minutes)
