The School and Role
This Pupil Referral Unit in Carmarthen caters for children from key stage 3 to key stage 4.
The role of an EBD Teaching Assistant involves working with children with a variety of emotional and behavioral needs. This position requires a highly motivated, adaptable, committed, enthusiastic, and resilient teaching assistant with great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the teacher. You will have experience working with young people with emotional behavioral needs and will work as part of a dedicated team that adopts a child-centered approach in all they do. The school works tirelessly to ensure each pupil achieves their potential.
Requirements
1. Experience working with children and young people
2. Experience working with pupils with EBD
3. A passion for the progress of pupils with EBD
4. An ability to work as part of a team
