Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our team at Clarion Housing Group Limited.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to work in a hybrid role, based at our office in Borehamwood, with the ability to work flexibly between the office and home and local regions in line with business needs.
You will be responsible for managing neighbourhoods in the local region, assisting centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out neighbourhood management duties, including conducting customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and monitoring grounds maintenance
2. Identify and investigate tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour, working collaboratively with other teams, external agencies and residents to ensure clean and safe neighbourhoods
3. Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers, working with local resident groups to develop community facilities, activities and events
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents and external partners
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations
