Benefits: Flexible working hours Free on-site parking Opportunities for growth and development Key Responsibilities: Monthly accounts preparation: Match delivery notes to invoices Code and post invoices to Sage Post bank reconciliations, journals, and wages to Sage Match invoices to supplier statements and resolve queries Distribute costs and complete monthly recharge sheets Payment processing: Pay weekly and month-end invoices across companies Handle council tax, business rates, and queries Ensure timely payments for credit card expenses Credit card and petty cash management: Retrieve and code receipts Allocate VAT and post transactions to Sage Update petty cash spreadsheets and reconcile receipts Administrative support: Maintain the order book system Update O2 spreadsheets and manage mobile phone queries Complete account application forms as required Ad hoc duties to support the finance team as needed What is our client Looking For? Experience with Sage or similar accounting software Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines A proactive, team-oriented attitude
