We are offering an annual salary between £42,000- £45,000. As the ideal candidate you will be a self-motivated senior manager with a can do attitude and strong customer service ethic, experienced in Facilities Management, with a sound working knowledge of both hard and soft services. Your responsibilities will include: The main duty of the role is to provide operational and administrative support to the Account Management team to enable them to be more effective and for them to add value back to our clients through service consistency and transition projects. Provide contracts with a high level of accurate and timely administrative support including purchase order raising and goods receipting, monthly billing reconciliation for variable works and CAFM related updates. Assist with keeping all H&S processes and records are kept up to date. Create and maintain very good relationships with the client and key personnel at the Anabas Business Support Unit. Research and produce first drafts of all monthly/quarterly reporting to the Client for review and finalisation by the Account Manager/Director. Provide line management support including recruitment, performance management and training and development to build effective operational teams on each contract. Assist with hand on duties in peak times or where a shortage of staff is likely to cause service disruption.
