The role will be covering the Southeast with some limited National travel they are looking to expand their current team.They are seeking someone who is able to bring on new business by promoting and developing their current client base. Job Description Responsible for new business development, for identifying, chasing, and closing new sales opportunities, with an individual sales quota. Identify & generate business from new accounts, Identify potential market segments/verticals and lead team of Inside sales executives. Prospect for new clients by networking, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients to generate leads. Pro-active prospecting via cold calls, emails, industry conferences as primary sales channels. Responsible for complete 'lead to deal’ cycle with prospects and clients. Relationship building with the existing customers and account management, along with ensuring client delight and consistent account growth. Desired Candidate Profile: Ability to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients to leverage and set up effective commercial deals. Proven ability to identify, shape and convert business opportunities in line with the portfolio targets, meeting the necessary risk and profit requirements, to meet and surpass business development targets. Proven capability to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing. Aggressive go getter with excellent client-relationship skills. Must possess excellent people, communication, presentation skill with high energy levels.
