Our Executive Team, led by the CEO who joined Saint Catherine’s Hospice in March 2023, have spent a considerable amount of time looking at how we as a Hospice are fit for the future. Therefore, in the run up to our 40th year we are excited to be advertising a number of roles to join our growing team. The Role As Shop Manager you will be responsible for directly managing a team of volunteers to maximise profit and deliver set targets and KPIs, ensuring impeccable standards are set and maintained in your shop. You will combine commercial acumen with creativity, leading your team to deliver the highest standards of customer service and presentation in order to maximise income. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a successful and unique shop, working alongside our Marketing and Fundraising teams to promote the shop within the community and build an exceptional team that are committed to raising funds for Saint Catherine’s Hospice. About you You will: be a highly organised individual with a keen interest in charity retail. have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. have experience of successfully working towards sales targets. be a strong team player that can inspire and motivate those around you.
