We are looking for a Technical Standards Controller to support our SSEN Transmission stakeholder in our goal for Net Zero. This role involves overseeing and enforcing energy industry standards, safety guidelines, and SSEN Transmission quality controls. In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by providing essential control, co-ordination and organisational support across a variety of projects.

You will
- Manage and control the co-ordination and reporting of various team data using our PowerAp platform ensuring accuracy and completion within certain timeframes.
- Provide document control processes to all levels of stakeholders within SSEN Transmission.
- Re-template documentation to SSEN Transmission standards to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage various communication channels with our internal and external stakeholders and provide support in all areas related to our technical standards.
- Routinely report on key data ensuring management are updated in all levels of technical standards.
Experience working with a documentation control or co-ordination environment.
- Experience of workflow approvals processes and creation (via PowerAp).
- Knowledge of report creation, ideally utilising Microsoft PowerBI.
- Excellent Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- A systematic, disciplined and analytic approach to quality, safety and energy standards.

Salary: £33,500 - £50,300 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
