We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our new establishment.
The General Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the business, including the culinary and restaurant departments.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage all operations including maintenance, and food and beverage departments
2. Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the business
3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
4. Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff members
5. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
6. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the business
7. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, ensure food quality, and manage inventory
8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
9. Implement marketing initiatives to promote the venue and attract new customers
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
3. Knowledge of culinary operations, including food preparation, production, and presentation
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficient in computer systems and software used in management
7. Knowledge of bartending techniques
