To advance our development to the next level and align with our vision to be an outstanding college that is highly valued by our learners and partners, an exciting opportunity has arisen through the creation of a brand-new role of Head of Work-Based Apprenticeships.
What will you do?
Our Head of Work-Based Apprenticeships will ensure all apprentices receive exceptional teaching, learning and assessment throughout their learning journey, whilst achieving outstanding outcomes, regardless of their starting point. The role will also encompass the leadership and management of Maths and English support within our Work-Based Apprenticeship provision.

This is a permanent, full-time post (working 37 hours per week). The role is predominantly home based, with travel to employers and the college campus in Consett required; therefore, use of your own transport, a current valid driving license and business insurance is essential.
