Your role and responsibilities We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to spearhead our Agile transformation and Scrum practices. As a thought leader, you'll guide strategic decisions, coach teams, and mentor junior Scrum Masters. Responsibilities: - Define and implement Agile strategies and Scrum practices across multiple teams and projects. - Mentor and guide junior Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement. - Conduct rigorous coaching sessions, upholding Agile principles and Scrum values, and promoting high-quality software development practices. - Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and Scrum teams, translating business requirements into actionable product backlogs and ensuring successful project outcomes. - Contribute to the overall Agile transformation vision and direction within the organisations. Required technical and professional expertise · Extensive experience in Agile project management and Scrum framework. · Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive organizational change. · Intermediate level Certification in Scrum or equivalent, along with additional certifications like SCSA or SAFe Agilist. · Experience of Delivery management processes.
