Role Overview
We're looking for a Communications Specialist to join our team and deliver world-class comms to employees the world over, ensuring an excellent employee experience with our OneHub platform.
Our team work with global organisations to ensure that when our platform is rolled out, the internal comms are spot on and give employees all the resources they need to get the most out of our platform.
No day is the same, as you'll be involved in client discussions, copywriting projects, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that the comms that go out get the right information across while also conforming with client brand guidelines.
Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship and require people to be based in the UK for this position.

Responsibilities
* Supporting our brilliant portfolio of customers when it comes to communicating with their employees
* Working at pace on some of the biggest and most well-known brands both nationally and internationally
* Creating and reviewing content for brochures, posters, email campaigns, videos, leaflets, system-generated content and more
* Organising virtual webinars and working with our suppliers to deliver merchandise, video and print
* Talking with our customers to understand their needs and delivering top-notch copy, content and communication plans
* Executing those plans and providing communications troubleshooting support to our customers along the way
* Given the chance to create sub-brands and concepts for our new customers’ benefit schemes
* Collaborating with our in-house design team to bring your work to life
* Liaising with departments and stakeholders across the business on a day-to-day basis to support your accounts and customers
What are we looking for?
* A keen writer with a love of content
* Account management experience or experience in a customer-facing role
* At least two years of communications experience and be able to demonstrate writing experience across a wide breadth and depth of styles. Ideally, that experience would be from an Internal Communication, Communication Specialist or Marketing role
* Able to work with multiple stakeholders and departments, both internally and externally
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving and occasionally pressurised environment and able to demonstrate high levels of on-time delivery
* Proven history of managing multiple projects at a time
* Experience adopting the brand guidelines of external clients to deliver information to employees globally
