Haywards Heath On-site Job Description Reporting into our Merchant Director, the Merchant Operations Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of merchant-related processes, with a focus on pricing accuracy, contract management, and merchant onboarding. This role requires strong analytical skills to review and implement price changes, prepare price change sheets, and oversee contract administration. Additionally, the administrator will manage new merchant activations, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining up-to-date and accurate records. Success in this role requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational efficiency and partner satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: You will provide administrative support to execute price changes and ensure compliance with company processes. You will conduct regular pricing reviews and analyses to maintain competitive pricing structures. You will prepare and maintain price change sheets and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders. You will review new merchant activations to ensure alignment with pricing and contract terms. You will maintain accurate records of merchant information, pricing structures, and contractual details. You will manage contract preparation and administration, ensuring all agreements are documented correctly. You will manage and update merchant data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will collaborate with Merchant, Finance, and Customer Success teams to resolve pricing and operational queries effectively. Key Qualifications: You have a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. You have experience in pricing management, merchant operations, or contract administration. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. You have excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, allowing you to address challenges and optimize processes. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, ensuring tasks are managed efficiently and deadlines are met. You have a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with expertise in data analysis and pricing models. You have experience with CRM systems for data management and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You ensure 100% pricing accuracy, carefully handling price updates and changes. You maintain high standards in merchant onboarding, ensuring compliance and accuracy in merchant activation reviews. You have strong contract management skills, ensuring all contracts are prepared, reviewed, and documented correctly within set deadlines.
