Job Summary
We're looking for a reliable and organized Retail Shift Manager to help maintain our high standards day after day. You'll motivate your team, take responsibility for the shop floor, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
* Provide exceptional customer service every time
Requirements:
* Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment
* Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
* Patient and friendly demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Passion to thrive as a key part of the Store Team
* Proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop themselves and store operations
