Our People Experience team is seeking a passionate administrator who preferably has worked in HR Systems Administration. You will play a pivotal role in supporting various People Experience functions, including but not limited to Learning & Development administration, onboarding, recruitment, and general administrative tasks. You will be the subject matter expert on relevant People Experience systems, and you may even have experience using ELMO (or a similar HRIS), delivering regular reporting from our systems. You will be comfortable with analytics or at least willing to learn.

Your ability to juggle more than one task at a time, keen attention to detail, and ability to learn and pick up tasks quickly will be a great addition to the team. To be successful in this role you will have:
1. Relevant vocational qualification (e.g., National Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/HR) OR at least three years previous administrative experience in an HR or related environment preferred.
2. Proficiency with computers, system administration and data entry is a must-have. HRIS experience is an advantage.
3. Experience with ELMO software would be an advantage.
4. Working knowledge of current L&D technology trends is an advantage.
5. A proven track record of thinking differently, acting with integrity, working together, and making it happen.
6. Tech savvy – you will be comfortable navigating multiple systems, with intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with MS applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
7. Experience in managing conflicting work priorities.
