Specialist tax recruiter - working on in-house roles across Corporate & International tax, Transfer Pricing and VAT
As a Corporate Tax Partner, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and play a key role in the strategic direction of our corporate tax services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate tax advisory and compliance, with the ability to manage complex tax issues for a diverse client base. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide innovative tax solutions while ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the corporate tax team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
2. Oversee the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a portfolio of clients across various industries.
3. Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
4. Stay abreast of changes in UK tax legislation and ensure clients are informed of relevant developments.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all corporate tax matters.
6. Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide holistic solutions to clients.
7. Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the firm's corporate tax services.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. ACA and/or CTA qualified.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate tax.
3. In-depth knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance requirements.
4. Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio, including multinational corporations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Demonstrated business development skills and a track record of contributing to revenue growth.
