Job Description Your daily role will consist of leading a team of technicians, taking on responsibility for the below areas: Deputise the IT Workshop Manager. Escalation point for IT Workshop technicians, stakeholders, and the wider business. Oversee stock control and the re-ordering of stock. Coaching and mentoring your team. Identify & drive continual service improvement initiatives. Develop IT Workshop procedures, removing old and creating new where appropriate. Provide feedback through one-to-one performance reviews & appraisals. Hold team meetings 1-to-1s and return to work interviews for your team members. Ensure your team’s targets are met: Work with project managers and other teams to ensure projects and rollouts are delivered on time and to schedule. New store kits are configured and delivered on-time and complete. Various workshops are always stocked with required kit.
