Omnichannel Brand Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Omnichannel Brand Manager for an exciting opportunity within GSK’s critical and growing UK Vaccines franchise, where you will bring a wealth of expertise on all aspects of the marketing mix and performance optimization across owned and third-party channels. In this role you will be accountable for leading the consumer omnichannel marketing strategy and using data and insight to optimise planning and delivery of Consumer focussed campaigns with the objective of increasing consumer engagement with the national immunisation programme and contribute to the commercial strategy with the broader commercial team.

This is an important role within GSK’s critical department, working specifically on the largest vaccine within the UK Commercial company where there are significant performance ambitions requiring us to be accountable for impact, ambitious for patients and always do the right thing.
Key Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
* Leadership of omnichannel strategy for all consumer activity across the brand.
* Introduction and implementation of innovative opportunities to enhance the consumer experience with continued optimisation of all omnichannel marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, search engine marketing, pay per click, and display advertising campaigns.
* Supporting upskilling of omnichannel capabilities across the brand team.
* Gathering and interpreting data and insights to inform omnichannel strategy and content/activity optimisation.
* Measure and report performance of all online and offline marketing campaigns against goals to assess campaign performance success (CSFs and KPIs).
* Plan, execute, measure experiments and conversion tests.
* Optimize spend and media performance based on consumer insight decision making by evaluating end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
* Identify trends and insights from the external consumer landscape, bringing external technological expertise into GSK for adoption.
* Build strong and collaborative relationships with key partners in the GSK cross-functional team across medical, insights and externally with creative and media agencies on the development, delivery and approval of consumer facing marketing campaign materials.
* Input into content strategy and media planning initiatives to shape the marketing strategy.

Basic Qualifications
* Highly consumer and patient focused.
* Strong knowledge of omnichannel and digital planning working with media agencies.
* Experience of implementing omnichannel campaigns across social media, pay per click (PPC) and display advertising.
* Marketing experience with demonstrated project management skills.
* Driven by optimisation of goal metrics over a period of time (results orientated) with analytical ability to use data to inform decisions.
* Strong commercial and business acumen.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced and agile environment.
* Experience in contributing to and delivering a campaign strategy for a brand.
* Works creatively and independently being comfortable with problem solving.
Preferred Experience
* Experience working in a highly regulated environment on compliance and good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations (ABPI Code of Practice).
* Ambitious for patients – brings the voice of the consumer and patient to the cross-functional team.
* Demonstrates the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
* Brings an entrepreneurial mindset; willing to test & learn to drive continuous improvement.
