For more information, click here. What you will do We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Shopper Strategy Manager to work on our Self Care portfolio. To drive our category vision and unlock growth opportunities across priority channels. This pivotal role, within the Retail Excellence Team, will translate our brand vision into actionable activation plans, leveraging shopper insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a clear picture of success and driving excellence in execution through shopper solutions hero'ing the Science of Brand Growth Principles. Key Responsibilities • Bring the Outside In, by owning & managing the shopper workstreams & also by being a key participant in the deployment of the shopper toolkits. • Show a true Owner Mindset in order to deliver an aligned shopper Picture of Success (PICOS), that provides clear guidance on how to grow our brands physical availability, across all retail channels. • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the Marketing, Category, Shopper, CBI (Insights) & Commercial Execution functions, to ensure that we bring together truly integrated & seamless 7P plans. • Show Daring Spirit in developing the big ideas that allow Kenvue to continue to advance the category prototype & develop further our key strategic customer partnerships. • Be an active part of the total Retail Excellence Team, bringing energy, enthusiasm & making a meaningful impact. • Translate the Self Care Brand Portfolio vision to deliver actionable opportunities for our customers and consumers collaborating with teams across the organisation. • Lead on the development of Brand Style Guides, underpinned by the SOBG principles to ensure we deliver our brand DBAs in the most impactful way. • Embed shopper insights into the business through close collaboration with the squads and customer teams. • Support customer immersions, bringing to life Kenvue's category vision & lead insight flow into channel teams to influence Annual Operating Plans (AOP). What we are looking for • Relevant shopper marketing, category management, category development, category strategy, channel development or other strategic experience, preferably in a Healthcare or FMCG business, with a track record of successfully driving category, brand and NPD growth. • Expertise in developing strategic category & brand development initiatives and working within matrix teams to deliver them, with the right balance of strategic thinking and execution. • Analytical ability to turn strategic insights into execution • Strong story-telling (written and presentation skills) to engage and influence others to implement your recommendations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage a wide network of stakeholders (internal and external) and influence at the right level. • Experience of working with multiple customers, possibly across different channels and on different category missions - a rounded view of the UK/NE market nuances • Experience working across different channels e.g. Grocery, High Street, Pharmacy, Discounters and E-comm • Creative judgement - acquired through previous shopper or consumer marketing involvement • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills • Self-starter with a passion for brands What's in it for you • Competitive Total Rewards Package • Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More • Learning & Development Opportunities • Employee Resource Groups • This list could vary based on location/region Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
