Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Overview:
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive, and breakdown maintenance on a range of electrical and mechanical systems. Your expertise in air conditioning fault-finding will be invaluable in ensuring smooth operations.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
* Maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with clients
* Issue permits for subcontractors as required
* Keep accurate logbooks and records
* Manage building services equipment, including lighting, UPS, generators, pressurisation units, pumps, and motors
* Perform fault-finding and regular testing
