Job Title: Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Manchester or Warrington (with frequent site visits)

Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a fast-paced and well-established team. This role offers exposure to a variety of high-profile projects, including workspace fit-outs and refurbishments, with values ranging from 50k to 20m. The successful candidate will also conduct general commercial building surveys and negotiate schedules of dilapidations. This role provides full support for career progression and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project manage high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments.
* Conduct general commercial building surveys.
* Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations.
* Maintain and grow client relationships.
* Train and mentor junior colleagues.
* Present and pitch for new business.
* Represent the business at industry events.

Technical Requirements:
* Minimum three years of post-qualification experience.
* Experience working for a commercial building consultancy practice.
* Knowledge of Contract Administration and Cost Control.
* Understanding of the Law of Dilapidations.
* Experience administering the JCT suite of contracts.
