Job summary Fireclay Health is looking for a newly qualified GP to join our thriving and expanding practice. We are recruiting for a permanent position, 5-6 sessions, employed through the ARRS funding. Many of our existing GPs were trainees at the practice which reflects our friendly, supportive, and inclusive culture. Fireclay places great value on teaching, training, and mentoring; you will be given an extensive induction and assigned a GP mentor. We encourage all GPs to meet at break times to discuss patient cases and very importantly to socialise. You will be joining an organisation who care about their staff. Fireclay is based in East Bristol, working from 2 purpose-built buildings and supports 24,000 patients. We are a happy and very stable team of 84 personnel, which includes 8 GP Partners and 9 salaried GPs, 5 ANPs, 6 pharmacists, 2 physios, 2 physician associates, a structured nursing team and a strong and supportive management and non-clinical team.
