The role The purpose of the Quality Assurance Administrator is to complete regular quality assurance activity on the Flexible Recruitment processes, focusing on the end-to-end order to invoice process of flexible resource, provided by Angard and our other agency partners. Through regular checking and governance of the processes you will identify areas of non-compliance and liaise with the business and our external providers to rectify process failures and recover any financial loss. You will also support the development of systems, processes and policies as we develop this side of the team and create a robust governance framework for Flexible Recruitment. The Quality Assurance Advisors will play a critical role in Royal Mail’s Financial Control process. Key accountabilities Complete weekly reconciliation check, tracking compliance of the ordering to invoicing process for flexible resource Track financial loss recovery where identified Own the shift template approval process Make recommendations for process/policy changes based on your findings Own the relevant JoinedUp Master Data check processes as agreed with the Financial Control Team Develop expert knowledge of the JoinedUp/FDS and other processes linked to the activity Develop good knowledge of the Royal Mail / PFW / PFS rate cards and how these are applied compliantly Create and develop new compliance processes for enhancing existing compliance checks or for new activity, including creating reporting/tracking, work instructions and process flows Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support engagement and drive compliance Create monthly supplier compliance reporting to support the Service Review Meetings Develop relevant industry knowledge related to financial compliance or employment law to ensure full understanding of the processes in place Collaborate with the rest of the Governance & Supply Chain Team to drive effective compliance activity Own the H&S Report (ERICA) reporting process Own the belated hours and escalation processes Own the Angard Helphand process Own the SDWorx KPI tracker Monitor the team inbox Own the agency shift approval process Own the weekly hours over WTR process Own the RPO reconciliation process Undertake ad hoc activities within governance and compliance Skills & experience Essential Keen attention to detail with an investigative eye – always wanting to understand the why?
