Job Duties:
The Independent School Teaching Assistant will support classroom teachers in delivering educational activities, provide one-to-one assistance to students with learning difficulties, assist in preparing teaching materials, supervise students during class and break times, and help maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English, strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in working with children and young people.
Education:
GCSEs in Maths and English
Experience:
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge and Skills:
Good communication skills, ability to work well in a team, patience, and a passion for supporting students' learning and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification would be advantageous.
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
