We are currently recruiting for a decontamination assistant for one of our NHS clients. The role is working full time, Mon-Fri, initially for a 12 week period with the right candidate starting ASAP. The main duties will centre around providing an excellent decontamination service. This will involve: Performing manual cleaning of certain instruments. Operating the relevant decontamination machinery. Decontaminating all equipment after each procedure. Labelling and barcoding equipment. Adhering to clean room policies at all times. Carrying out regular checks on decontamination machinery. Liaising with healthcare professionals and answering queries. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously.
