To support this, we are looking for a dedicated Stock and Cellar Operative to ensure the smooth running of our stock and cellar operations. Role Overview As a Stock and Cellar Operative, you will play a vital role in the efficient management of stock and cellar areas, ensuring bars are fully stocked and well-maintained. You will work closely with the venue management to support stock control, deliveries, and the upkeep of cellar conditions, contributing to an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities Receive, check, and organise stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage Maintain cellar areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards Monitor stock levels and rotate stock to reduce waste and maintain freshness Support bar staff with any stock-related issues during service hours The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous experience in stock handling, cellar management, or a related role is desirable Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to lift and move heavy stock and equipment safely A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Awareness of health & safety regulations, particularly in relation to cellar environments What’s In It for You?
