A leading law firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their busy team. With a long history dating back over hundreds of years, this firm has built a solid name for themselves. Their high-quality work makes them a well-known name, not only in Kent but nationally. Main responsibilities
1. Assist solicitors with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing client communications.
2. Maintain accurate and organised legal files.
3. Arrange appointments, book meeting rooms, and coordinate your fee-earner's calendar.
4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, redirecting as necessary and ensuring timely responses.
5. Provide general administrative support to the commercial property department, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
About you
1. You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and other packages that may be relevant to the role.
2. Previous experience as a legal secretary.
3. You must possess a high level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
4. You will be positive and professional.
This is a full-time role and hybrid working will be considered.
