Hours: 8am - 5pm
Our client, a well-known Automotive company, would like a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Cosham, Portsmouth.
The right candidate will have previous customer service experience - ideally in the Automotive sector; however, this is not essential.
You must have:
1. Good communication skills both over the phone and face to face
2. Ability to manage busy, high-pressure situations
3. Good IT skills
4. Strong administration experience
Key tasks will include:
1. Loading new claims onto the bodyshop management system - ensuring all information is correct.
2. Making initial contact with customers in a confident manner.
3. Effectively communicating the correct information to each of our repair centres so they can process the claim.
4. Being a helpful, friendly point of contact.
5. Managing queries and seeking information from the repair centre as required.
6. Handling correspondence properly.
We need an individual that is going to ensure all of our customers and clients receive the highest level of customer support and service.
