We are seeking an Apprentice to undertake business administration duties as listed below to support a team of over 50 recruitment consultants and the management team.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Answer the phones and take messages
2. Process timesheets
3. Book staff reviews in the diary and process completed forms
4. Ensure staff HR files are kept up to date (sickness, holiday etc).
5. Set up IT and phones for new starters as well as print off starter forms. Sending starter forms to the accountant.
6. Create invoices from placements forms & chase for payment if not paid on time.
7. Keep the billing spreadsheets up to date
8. Check and chase timesheets for temps and contractors
9. Add clients & candidates to the database
10. Create KPI reports for the business.
11. Monitoring and ordering office supplies
12. Any other administrative duties as required, as part of continued development

Job Details
40 hours per week - flexible across Monday - Friday
Based in Ocean Village Southampton
35 minutes' walk from Southampton Central Station (or 15 minutes on a bus)
20 minutes' walk from Woolston Station (or 5 minutes on a bus)
