An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mental Health Nurse with mental health experience in the Assertive Outreach team. This is a fixed term position to cover maternity leave. The Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and North Cotswolds Assertive Outreach Team provides comprehensive mental health and social care to working age adults. The team provides a planned needs lead. The hours are 22.5 per week with some evenings and weekend shifts (on a rotational shift system). 'Flexible' working arrangements will be considered. The post will include care coordinating a designated caseload, working within CPA Policy and associated countywide risk procedures, travelling independently, use of IT skills and a working knowledge of legislation regarding safeguarding vulnerable adults, the MHA and MCA.
