Operations Coordinator - £32 – 35,000 : fast-paced tech / consulting environment
Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic tech consultancy as they scale their business with international growth plans.
This is a varied Operations support role – you will work across their HQ team of 60 staff as well as assisting consultants who work on a project basis. PA and administrative duties as well as Office Management for a newly-refurbished office space close to Bank (City).
You will be an integral part of the team, working in support of everyone including the CEO. Your role will be spread across:
1. Administrative support for the HR / People team (to include onboarding, IT, compliance admin, email correspondence and queries)
2. Organising events and socials (team and client)
3. Meeting and greeting clients, first point of contact for the London team
4. Office Management including liaison with landlord, ordering supplies, post and deliveries
5. Some PA support to CEO and COO (diaries and travel)
This role would suit a highly organised candidate whose background could be in team support, project coordination, PA work or Office Management.
