Penlan Leisure Centre is seeking a talented and dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our vibrant team.
Located in the heart of our community, Penlan Leisure Centre is dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and recreational activities for individuals of all ages. We offer a range of facilities, including a gym, fitness studios, sports hall and more.
Our goal is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where our customers can pursue their fitness goals and enjoy leisure activities.
We are looking for someone to be responsible for the day to day operation of the facilities, including opening up and closing down of the centre. You will be supervising the operation, ensuring a high level of service is being delivered, along with complying with Health and Safety guidelines. Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Sunday (Rota basis)
Requirements
* NPLQ Qualification (Training can be provided)
* Oversee daily operations of the leisure centre, ensuring all areas are well maintained, fully staffed and operating to the highest standard
* Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance, support and ongoing training
* To contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance
* Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly
* Maintain a safe environment for all visitors and staff, addressing any potential hazards
* Perform various administrative tasks, such as timesheets, banking processes, stock takes and Front of House booking system
* To support the Assistant Manager in improving service delivery and the customer experience
