The Company: Our client is a successful company specialising in CCTV and integrated security systems The Job: On their behalf we are looking for a Finance Administrator for their Yate office, in Bristol This role is perfect for someone who can prioritise their workload while also being a collaborative team player. In this role responsibilities will include: Be the central point of contact between the Finance and Operations Administration teams for collation of job completion paperwork/process. Coordinate job completion and closure in line with ISO 9001 policies to support the wider team in resolving works successfully. Ensure accurate completion paperwork/finance/invoice information is added to call logging software. Assisting with the reconciliation of sub-contractor engineer invoices against purchase orders and liaise with the finance department for invoice approvals. Handle general administrative tasks to keep the department running efficiently. Administration assistance with engineer compliance database. The Person: For this role our client is looking for the following skills and experience: A background in a service-orientated industry, where you provided exceptional customer care Some administration experience Strong IT skills You will have a minimum of a GCSE pass in Maths & English or an equivalent qualification. Excellent written and verbal communications Organised Able to work independently and a team player Excellent attention to detail A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
