Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a seasoned educator, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a nurturing environment where your passion and ideas are valued.
Your Role as a Year 3 Teacher:
1. Plan and deliver fun, creative, and effective lessons for Year 3 pupils
2. Collaborate with a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support all learners
3. Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages confidence and curiosity
4. Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to help every child thrive
5. Support individual pupils and small groups to ensure no one is left behind
6. Be an active contributor to the school’s inclusive and dynamic team spirit
What We’re Looking For
1. A UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE)
2. Solid understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
3. A passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young learners
4. Experience working with children, backed by strong references
5. Confidence teaching full classes, small groups, and 1:1
6. An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education)
