About the Job We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our established therapy team. The role is campus based supporting young people from 5-25 years of age. Students at St Piers have a wide range of abilities and needs such as epilepsy, autism, learning disabilities. Our large site focuses on our school, college and residential provisions, we cater for both day and residential packages of support. The work is highly rewarding and is offers a range of development opportunities which may include aquatic therapy, rebound therapy, equipment provision and specialist liaison work. Day-to-day, your role will include… Providing assessment and treatment for a varied cohort of students. Training staff to carry out Physiotherapy recommendations. Providing equipment to support and promote physical development. Plan and run individual and group intervention sessions to maintain and develop our young people’s physical skills. Taking a lead and a supportive role with various team development projects. Contributing to professional and family meetings as an advocate for our young people’s physical needs.
