The role
This role is a Fixed Term Contract until July 2025.
To provide a full range of administrative and support services, ranging from moderate to complex, to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the team.
Ensure that the technology business runs as smoothly as possible and that internal processes are managed effectively. Organise the technology team administration (events, logistics, ordering, planning, etc.) is delivered effectively and as required.
Assist the technology senior management team to organise and manage the day-to-day operation of the technology function.
The role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 to 3 days in the office.
What you’ll need
* Awareness of Southern Housing technology.
* Knowledge of standard business functions (e.g., manage purchase order processes and an understanding of the compliance for procurement).
* Organisation of events, meetings, and appointments.
* Experience of co-ordinating information across large departments (e.g., note-taking in meetings).
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products especially SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Ability to drive actions to completion, knowing how and when to gather the information from team members.
* Ability to organise and prioritise tasks in line with organisational expectations.
