Recently expanded, they now have additional consultation rooms and theatres. They are proud to provide gold standard patient care and offer an exceptional client experience. Overview: We are looking for a Part-Time Client Care Co-ordinator to join a friendly and dedicated team. As the first point of contact for the clinic, you will play an essential role in ensuring exceptional service to clients and helping the clinic run smoothly. Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional approach. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar. Check-in patients, verify their information, and update records accurately. Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks as needed. Process payments, handle invoices, and maintain financial records. Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
