Salary: Up to£35,000 DOE + bonus OTE £50,000

At Buy It Direct were looking for an exceptional B2B Sales Team Manager to inspire, coach, and guide our sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire your team to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs, fostering a results-driven culture and boosting individual and team engagement through regular 1-1s and coaching.
Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent to stay ahead in a competitive market.
Align team objectives with business goals, using data-driven insights to improve strategies and maximise growth.
Champion a professional, customer-first approach, swiftly resolving escalations and using feedback to improve service quality and boost customer loyalty.
Deliver precise reporting, refining processes, and utilising CRM and sales tools to enhance productivity and outcomes.
Anticipate obstacles, devise proactive solutions, and implement innovative approaches to drive sales success.
