Key Account Management Account Management
Oversee designated customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Project Coordination and Progress Tracking Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to prioritise and expedite customer projects, ensuring they progress smoothly through the facility.
Product Quality Inspection and Assurance
Sales and Performance Reporting
Proven experience in technical sales or account management.
Strong understanding of technical product knowledge, sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
