HR Advisor (12 Month FTC) - Weybridge (3x p/w) - up to £40k Join a fast-paced, multinational environment where you'll play a key role in providing strategic and operational HR support across European branches. If you thrive on collaboration, compliance, and employee development, this role is for you. What You'll Do: Oversee and support HR operations across Poland, Hungary, and other European branches. Ensure compliance with local employment laws, policies, and best practices. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations. Lead training and development initiatives, identifying needs and sourcing providers. Stay ahead of UK employment law changes and implement best practices. What You'll Bring: Three to five years' HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or multinational environment. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across cultures and seniority levels. Experience with HR systems, with Workday preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A CIPD qualification or working towards one is a plus. What's in It for You?
