We're looking for those who can carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, along with an ethos of Right First Time always completing a repair where practicable in one visit, ensuring high quality and high standards of performance.
You will carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled operative, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services on all owned and managed properties. Visiting premises and properties to carry out maintenance, repair, refurbishment and renewal work to both tenanted and empty homes.
You will be agile, travelling directly to your first job utilising a company vehicle deemed suitable for the work that you are asked to do.
