This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional with leadership skills to take on a diverse role encompassing payroll, benefits, HR administration, and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a team responsible for delivering efficient payroll, benefits, and HR administrative services across multiple regions.
Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and internal controls.
Overseeing HR systems and payroll vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
Supporting general ledger reporting and resolving payroll-related accounting issues.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance payroll and HR operations.
Managing onboarding, HR transactions, and company fleet administration.
Contributing to both global and local HR projects and compliance initiatives. Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in UK payroll processing and compliance.
Proven track record in team leadership within a shared services or HR/payroll setting.
Exposure to European payroll operations (desirable).
Experience in general ledger reconciliation and payroll-related accounting (preferred).
