Customer Service Advisor – Collections & Debt
***IMMEDIATE START***
Our client, who is a national provider of services, is looking for an experienced customer service advisor to support with a backlog of work for a 4-week period starting ASAP.
To be a suitable candidate for the role, you must be confident in outbound calling customers and discussing accounts. The most desirable experience needed is in collections or debt management and being professional whilst dealing with customers of the business.
To be successful in the role you must have:
1. Proven experience in outbound calling, ideally in a customer service or collections environment.
2. Ability to manage inbound calls as needed to the department.
3. Proficiency in using CRM systems and payment processing platforms to log interactions and manage customer accounts.
4. Be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and balancing multiple customers in varying levels of collection.
5. Experience in cash collection or debt management is preferred.
6. Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy, maintaining a customer-first approach.
7. Detail-oriented to ensure accurate record-keeping and account management.
This will be to cover a period over 4 weeks to help with the increase of call volumes and manage customer arrears.
Working hours: Monday to Friday – Office Hours
Pay: £11.50 per hour
