We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Portfolio Administrator to provide essential support to our portfolio management team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a project or programme environment who is confident in managing administrative processes and thrives in a busy environment. The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.57 per hour holiday pay Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation and administration of Portfolio Committee meetings. Assist in implementing a new service delivery model and pipeline planning. Provide resourcing and contract staff process support. Schedule and attend Programme/Project boards and other key meetings to record actions and decisions. Ensure efficient coordination of meetings and related processes. About You: Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in a project or programme setting. Skilled in producing clear and concise minutes, with a focus on actions and decisions. Strong organisational skills, methodical approach, and excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Flexible and proactive approach to work.
